University of California (UC)

UC is the acronym for the University of California. It's broken into 10 different locations which are all in the sate of California (obviously) that are in the following cities: Berkley, Davis, Irvine, Los Angeles, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbra, and lastly Santa Cruz. Now if you see UC in front of a city in California, you'll know it's a college.

In my blog I have already talked about one of the colleges (UCSD) and will talk about another one of the colleges listed (UCLA). It is a dream of mine to attend one of the two colleges because I've looked at the colleges via a triton tour and via internet tour and I just fell in love.

Both colleges are big universities, UCLA being the most well-known. There are people from all over the world who attend these large universities. I love diversity- diverse kinds of people, food, clothing, etc. So you can safely assume I would love those universities.

This accommodates all of California in case you didn't want to live in a larger city like Los Angeles or San Diego. Also if you want to live in the northern, eastern, western, or southern part of California, there is a college useful in that aspect.

I would recommend if you're not from in California but wanting to go to one of the schools listed above, to get good grades and participate in sports or clubs because out of state tuition is pretty expensive. On average the cost is about 50-60 thousand dollars for out of state tuition. However I highly believe it will be worth each dollar. :)
